This paper reports on an experiment to test a process for improving the visibility of complex fabric test impressions.
Abstract
The main objective of this experiment was to provide a process which would improve the visibility of complex fabric test impressions. The enhancement of fabric test impressions was achieved through the light application of chemist grey powder to the surface of the fabric using a zephyr brush. The powder was then lifted from the surface of the fabric using a black BVDA gel lifter. The impression on the lifter was photographed and further enhanced using Adobe Photoshop©. (Published Abstract)
