Abstract
SUMMARY PROVIDES AN ANALYSIS OF JUDICIAL DECISIONS INVOLVING CRITICAL AREAS OF CORRECTIONS. MINIMUM CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENTS ARE PRESENTED AND COMPARED TO EXISTING RULES, REGULATIONS, AND PRACTICES IN TODAY'S PRISONS.
