THE CATEGORIES OF OFFENDERS THAT THE ITALIAN PENAL CODE SAYS SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO POST-SENTENCE DETENTION IS ALSO INDICATED. THE SECOND PART OF THE ARTICLE EVALUATES THE PROGRAM OF NON-INSTITUTIONAL TREATMENT AT THE CENTER OF SALICETA SAN SIVLIANO IN MODENA. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDED THE SETTING-UP AND ORGANIZATION OF GROUPS OF INMATES ON TEMPORARY RELEASE TO WORK IN THE COMMUNITY.
