MATERIAL INCLUDES STATEMENTS FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, SENATORS, CONGRESSMEN, REPRESENTATIVES OF AMERICAN CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION, PSYCHOLOGISTS, ARMY INTELLIGENCE AGENTS, AND MANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVES OF THE EDUCATIONAL, BUSINESS, MEDICAL AND GOVERNMENT COMMUNITIES. ONE CONCERN WAS THE CASE OF THE ARMY INTELLIGENCE COMPUTER AT FORT HOLABIRD WHICH RECEIVED DATA COLLECTED FROM SURVEILLANCE ON CIVILIANS ACTIVE IN POLITICS.
