REPORTS ARE PRESENTED ON SIX MAJOR FUNCTIONS OF THE CENTER DEALING WITH APPELLATE LITIGATION, TRIAL COURT LITIGATION, SENTENCING AND PROBATION, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM, INTER-JUDICIAL AFFAIRS, AS WELL AS CONTINUING EDUCATION AND TRAINING. INDIVIDUAL STUDIES FOR THE YEAR INCLUDE WORKLOAD OF THE SUPREME COURT, SUPPORTING PERSONNEL IN THE COURTS OF APPEALS, VIDEOTAPING, FORECASTING JUDICIAL NEEDS, AND USE AND EFFECT OF INDETERMINATE SENTENCING.
