Abstract
This report, produced by the Wisconsin Legislative Council, contains the General Report of the Joint Legislative Council to the 2013-2014 Wisconsin State Legislature. The report summarizes the work of the Joint Legislative Council and its committees for the period July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2014. The document contains reports from the following eight committees: Special Committee on Improving Educational Opportunities in High School, Special Committee on Supervised Release and Discharge of Sexually Violent Persons, Special Committee on Review of Emergency Detention and Admission of Minors under Chapter 51, Special Committee on Reporting of Child Abuse and Child Neglect, Special Committee on Permanency for Young Children in the Child Welfare System, Special Committee on 911 Communications, Special Committee on Legal Interventions for Persons with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias, and the Special Committee on State-Tribal Relations.
