Abstract
THE MAJORITY OF DELINQUENTS ARE BELOW AVERAGE IN INTELLECTUAL ABILITY, BUT CULTURAL FACTORS, MOTIVATION, AND ADVERSE TESTING SITUATIONS AFFECT THE IQ SCORE. NECESSARY EDUCATIONAL PROVISIONS AND PROPER TEACHING METHODS CAN BE EFFECTIVE IN SOCIALIZING THE GIFTED DELINQUENT.
