Abstract
THIS ARTICLE CITES METHODS USED BY THE 20-MAN 'GRAFFITI SQUAD' TO IDENTIFY AND ARREST OFFENDERS AND PROVIDE SURVEILLANCE TO PREVENT ACTS OF VANDALISM. POSSIBLE MOTIVATIONS OF GRAFFITI VANDALS ARE DISCUSSED AS IS THE PROBLEM OF REMOVING GRAFFITI FROM SURFACES.
