Abstract
Significant developments in federal appellate case law regarding the Sentencing Guidelines and the 1984 Sentencing Reform Act, as amended, are outlined in this report. It is not a comprehensive discussion of all case law on the subject, but it focuses on selected issues important to judges and others who use the guidelines. It covers court decisions up to June 30, 1993. Ten pages of case citations are included.
