THE AUTHOR EXPLORES THE MEANING AND APPLICABILITY OF MIRANDA RIGHTS, AND INCLUDES A SECTION ON THE DIMINISHED CAPACITY CONCEPT. IT DISCUSSES THE ABC'S OF INTERROGATION. RULES ARE PRESENTED GOVERNING THE SCOPE OF SEARCHES ON BOTH PROPERTY AND PERSON.
