AN OVERVIEW OF THE SCIENCE OF GRAPHOLOGY ILLUSTRATED WITH HISTORICALLY FAMOUS CASES THAT HINGED UPON HANDWRITING ANALYSIS.
Abstract
THE AUTHOR PRESENTS A THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE ANALYSIS OF HANDWRITING. THE CONCEPTS OF 'DIFFERENCE' AND 'DISGUISE' ARE COMPARED. EXAMPLES OF 'WHAT NOT TO DO' ARE GIVEN FREELY. THIS INCLUDES CUTTING WORDS INTO LETTERS TO FORM NEW WORDS FOR COMPARISON, THUS DESTROYING THE STROKE BETWEEN EACH LETTER AND THE GENERAL CONTINUITY. THE DREYFUS CASE IS ONE OF THE HISTORICAL EXAMPLES.
