IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT IN ANY CASE WHERE THERE IS A DISPUTE IN HANDWRITING (IN CRIMINAL CASES) A HANDWRITING ANALYSIS SHOULD BE CONDUCTED AT THE OUTSET OF THE INVESTIGATION.
