Abstract
THIS TRAINING COURSE WAS DESIGNED TO BE INITIATED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE OFFICER'S ENTRY, TO REQUIRE MINIMUM OUTLAY FOR FACILITIES AND MATERIALS, AND CAN BE SELF TAUGHT OR TAUGHT BY AN INSTRUCTOR. TRAINING OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS, TEXTUAL MATERIAL, AND TESTING PROCEDURES ARE DESCRIBED.
