APPLICATION OF MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES, COMMITMENT TO OBJECTIVES, COMMITMENT TO ENFORCE MANDATORY STATUTES, PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY, REDUCING EASE OF DENIAL VIOLATION, IMPROVING INCENTIVES TO COMPLY WITH DENIALS, INTEGRATION OF COMMUNICATIONS AND DATA REQUIREMENTS FOR DENIAL POLICING WITH CRIMINAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS, CREATION OF SPECIAL FILES FOR DENIED OPERATORS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE CRIMINAL INFORMATION SYSTEM BY REGISTRATION OR LICENSE DATA, AND DRIVER SURVEILLANCE USING DATA TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGY ARE EXPLORED.
