A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR THE INVESTIGATOR IS THAT HE MAY BE USED UNWITTINGLY TO COMMIT INDUSTRIAL ESPIONAGE BY THE COMPANY WHICH HIRED HIM TO INVESTIGATE THAT SAME OFFENSE.
Abstract
THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT FOR ESPIONAGE IS DISCUSSED AND LEGISLATION FOR ITS CONTROL IS PROPOSED.
