Abstract
THE AIM OF THE INSTITUTION'S MEDICAL DEPARTMENT IS TO RENDER HIGH QUALITY COMPREHENSIVE MULTIDISCIPLINARY CARE WITH CONSIDERATION OF THE SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND INTELLECTUAL PROBLEMS OF THE STUDENT. IT INCLUDES PREVENTION, IMMUNIZATION AND HEALTH EDUCATION, DIAGNOSIS OF ACUTE AND CHRONIC DISEASES, AND TREATMENT AS WELL AS REHABILITATION OF LONG STANDING DISABILITIES. REFERENCES ARE PROVIDED.
