IN FOCUSING ON THE COURT, THE WORKSHOP CONSIDERED SEPARATION OF POWERS, INHERENT POWER, JUDICIAL REFORM, COURT DELAY, PRE-TRIAL MOTIONS AND DELAYS, THE UNIFIED COURT SYSTEM, JUDICIAL COUNCILS, PLEA BARGAINING, AND STANDARDIZATION. IN THE AREA OF CORRECTIONS, THE SPEAKER CENTERED ON THE ISSUES OF STATE OR LOCAL ADMINISTRATION, CONSOLIDATION, DIVERSION, PROBATION ADMINISTRATION, AND THE INTEGRATION OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.
