Abstract
THE MAIN REASON FOR REFUSING ENFORCEMENT OF A NONSTATUTORY PROMISES OF IMMUNITY IS THE JUDICIAL FEAR THAT THE GOVERNMENT'S RIGHT AND DUTY TO PROSECUTE WOULD BE BARGAINED AWAY.
