Abstract
THE RESULTS INDICATE THAT IN SPITE OF THE ADDITION OF NUMEROUS HIGHLY PAID AND QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS, THE COURT HAD NO BETTER RESULTS IN ARRESTING JUVENILE DELINQUENCY AT THE TIME OF THE STUDY THAN IT DID 30 YEARS EARLIER.
