Abstract
THIS BOOKLET EXPLAINS BASIC PROCESSES OF COURT PROCEDURE, TRACING, CHRONOLOGICALLY, THE STEPS NORMALLY OCCURRING IN A CIVIL CASE AND IN A CRIMINAL CASE. IT DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO DEAL WITH ALL KINDS OF CASES ARISING IN THE COURTS, BUT ONLY TO EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURES COMMON TO MOST OF THEM.
