Abstract
A CHECKLIST OF STEPS TO BE TAKEN BY PARENTS OF RUNAWAY CHILDREN IS INCLUDED TO AID IN MISSING PERSONS INVESTIGATIONS BY PROVIDING SOLID CLUES TO THE CHILDREN'S WHEREABOUTS. THE IMPORTANCE OF PROMPT NOTIFICATION OF THE POLICE IS EMPHASIZED.
