Abstract
This issue includes six primary articles: 1) Special Report: Grant Guide 2010. This article presents information that will guide grant seekers through the steps involved in preparing and filing a Federal grant application. 2) Up Close: New Police Vehicles. This section of this issue presents information on three new police vehicles: the Chevrolet Caprice PPV, the Dodge Charger Pursuit, and the Ford Utility Police Interceptor. 3) Challenges for Women in Policing. This article examines steps that police departments should take to recruit and retain female police officers. 4) e-Citations: How to Get Started. This article examines the use of e-citation systems in traffic enforcement. 5) Critical Information Network's LETN. This article examines Critical Information Network's (CiNet's) law enforcement training network. 6) Amazing Advances in Forensics, Part 3. This article examines new technologies to find and preserve evidence. This issue also includes columns on recruiting, social networking, police finance, police equipment, and new products.
