TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE MANPOWER, PERSONNEL CHARACTERISTICS, RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION OF PERSONNEL, SALARIES, FRINGE BENEFITS, PROMOTIONAL POLICIES, AGENCY ORGANIZATION, PHYSICAL RESOURCES, AND PRIORITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT. VARIOUS STATE AGENCIES, INCLUDING THE STATE POLICE, THE STATE CAPITOL POLICE, THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD, AND THE DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES, ARE DISCUSSED.
