WHILE THE LAW LIBRARIES LISTED WILL NOT OFFER LEGAL ADVICE, THEY DO PROVIDE ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: PHOTOCOPIES OF NEEDED STATUTES, CASES, OR OTHER MATERIALS, BOOKS ON LOAN, AND LEGAL REFERENCE WORK WITH PERTINENT CITATIONS, CASES, LAWS, OR BIBLIOGRAPHIES. SOME LIBRARIES ONLY PROVIDE PHOTOCOPIES OF MATERIALS CORRECTLY CITED BY THE PRISONER. SOME CHARGE FOR PHOTOCOPY AND POSTAGE, WHILE OTHERS DO NOT.
