THE PRAGMATIC LIMITS OF USING THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM TO CONDEMN CERTAIN KINDS OF BEHAVIOR ARE DISCUSSED AND ALTERNATIVES TO ITS USE IN VICTIMLESS CRIMES ARE SUGGESTED.
