Abstract
THE CONCEPT OF REHABILITATION IS PRESENTED ALONG WITH VIEWS TO ACHIEVE REHABILITATION SUCH AS THE EXPANSION OF COMMUNITY CORRECTIONAL CENTER, THE EXTENDED USE OF PROBATION AND PAROLE, AND THE USE OF RECEIVING AND DIAGNOSTIC CENTERS. MANPOWER NEEDS ARE DISCUSSED, ALONG WITH THE LACK OF FACILITIES, LEGISLATION, AND THE UTILITY OF CORRECTIONS IN CONTROLLING THE CRIME RATE.
