Abstract
'THE CENTRAL PURPOSE OF THE STUDY WAS TO PROVIDE THE CRIME COMMISSION WITH VALID AND RELIABLE ATTITUDINAL INFORMATION UPON WHICH THAT ADVISORY GROUP CAN BASE MEANINGFUL SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER IMPROVEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY'S LAW ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS.'
