Abstract
PART ONE OF THIS DOCUMENT IS A STUDY OF THE EXTENT OF CHILD ABUSE, THE FAMILY CONDITIONS WHICH ENCOURAGE IT, AND THE DILEMMAS FACING PROFESSIONAL WORKERS.
