Abstract
THE SURVEY DOCUMENTS GOOD PRACTICES DEVELOPED BY GIVEN COURTS ADOPTABLE BY OTHER COURTS, AND GIVES THE COURTS TOOLS IN THE FORM OF PRELIMINARY SYSTEMS ANALYSES USEFUL IN A CONTINUING PROGRAM OF DEVELOPMENT. SEVERAL TASKS ARE RECOMMENDED - THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A REVISED U.S. COURTS MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE AND THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A STANDARD FRAMEWORK FOR CASE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM. ALSO RECOMMENDED IS A COMPUTER SYSTEM CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE U.S. COURTS SYSTEM. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT MODIFIED)
