Abstract
The manual includes a discussion of specific Puerto Rican regulations well as Federal and State laws pertaining to extradition. Legislative interpretations are offered. Legal terms are discussed, such as Pre-signed Waiver of Extradition and Habeas Corpus options. The National Crime Intelligence Center and the FBI's Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution (UFAP) are detailed. Complete copies of documentation, such as the Uniform Codes of the states discussed, are included.
