Abstract
MICHIGAN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS TRAINING COUNCIL FOUND THIS METHOD ALLOWED BOTH INCREASED ENROLLMENT AND PARTICIPATION FROM A BROAD RANGE OF AGENCIES. THE INITIAL SESSION AND THE EXAMINATION WERE CONDUCTED BY TRAINING COUNCIL STAFF AT LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE STATE. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SUPERVISORY TRAINING MATERIAL INCLUDED.
