DISCUSSION COVERS THE MILITARY CONCEPTS OF FOUR BASIC RIGHTS - THE RIGHT TO COUNSEL, THE RIGHT AGAINST UNREASONABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES, THE RIGHT AGAINST SELF-INCRIMINATION, AND THE RIGHT TO A SPEED TRIAL - AND STEPS TAKEN TO PROTECT THESE RIGHTS. THE PROCEUDRES OF SECURING CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS AND MILITARY CHARGES ARE ALSO DISCUSSED.
