Abstract
THE PERCEPTIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS) HELPS A MANAGER PINPOINT THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES AMONG THE FIVE BASIC HUMAN NEEDS THAT UNDERLIE MOTIVATION, AND THEN TO IDENTIFY THE ACTION THAT THE MANAGERS CAN TAKE TO TURN THESE NEEDS INTO EMPLOYEE STRENGTHS.
