Abstract
PATRICK MURPHY, HEAD OF THE POLICE FOUNDATION AND A LEADING SPOKESMAN FOR REFORM AND PROFESSIONALIZATION OF THE POLICE, DEBATED WITH EDWARD DAVIS, A PAST PRESIDENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE WITH A REPUTATION AS A STAUNCH LAW AND ORDER CONSERVATIVE. THE DEBATE WAS MODERATED BY CLARENCE KELLEY, THE FORMER FBI DIRECTOR.
