Abstract
THE APPELLATE JUDGE WROTE THAT THE COMPUTERIZED DATA WOULD ONLY HAVE BEEN ADMISSABLE IF PROVEN TRUSTWORTHY VIA PROSECUTION TESTIMONY AS TO HOW IT WAS FURNISHED, PROGRAMMED AND RETRIEVED, AND THE ACCURACY OF PERSONNEL OPERATING THE COMPUTER.
