THE FOLLOWING MAIN TOPICS WERE USED AS A BASIS FOR THE DATA COLLECTION SHEETS - PERSONAL AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION, TRIAL PROCEEDINGS, INSTITUTIONAL EXPERIENCES, PAROLE EXPERIENCES, AND REVOCATION INFORMATION.
