Abstract
THESE TEAMS WORK IN RESPONDING TO SERVICE CALLS, AIDING REGULAR MOBILE PATROLS IN THEIR DUTIES, DETERRING CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND CIVILIAN VICTIMIZATION, AND DEVELOPING BETTER COMMUNITY RELATIONS.
