THE BOULDER YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU ACTS AS A RESOURCE COORDINATING AGENT BY PROVIDING REFERRAL SERVICES, MAKING THE COMMUNITY AWARE OF YOUTH NEEDS, AND WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER AGENCIES TO ESTABLISH PROGRAMS FOR DELINQUENT AND NON-DELINQUENT YOUTHS. THIS BOOKLET CONTAINS MINUTES OF MEETINGS OF THE GENERAL CITIZENS BOARD AND DIRECTORS OF YOUTH SERVING AGENCIES, AS WELL AS RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AN ACTION COMMITTEE FOR YOUTH. ALSO INCLUDED IS A SUMMARY OF A 1970 SURVEY OF BOULDER YOUTH NEEDS. THE 'YELLOW PAGES' NEWSLETTER ILLUSTRATES THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU WITH OTHER AGENCIES IN PROGRAMS OF RECREATION, COUNSELING, EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, AND VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
