THE SAMPLE PROVIDES STATISTICAL BREAKDOWNS ON HOURS SPENT IN THE OFFICE, IN COURTS, AND IN THE FIELD BY TYPE OF CASE, AND INDICATES THAT MUCH OF THE WORKDAY IS CONSUMED BY NONPRODUCTIVE ACTIVITIES. THESE DATA CAN BE USED FOR PREPARING STAFF BUDGET REQUESTS AND WORKLOAD FORMULAS.
