Abstract
THE POLICE ACADEMY SHOULD TEACH BASIC SKILL, THE TWO YEAR COLLEGE ADVANCED SKILLS, AND THE FOUR YEAR INSTITUTION THE BROAD CONCEPTUAL MATTERS. COOPERATION WITH LOCAL COLLEGE ADMINISTRATOR,S CURRICULUM COMMITTEES AND INSTRUCTORS WILL RESULT IN LESS DUPLICATION OF EFFORT AND FEWER GAPS IN THE TOTAL TRAINING PROGRAM.
