QUESTIONS OF PROFESSIONAL POLICE CONDUCT ARE EXAMINED AND GUIDELINES FURNISHED. THE REPORTING AND REGISTERING OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST POLICE IS ALSO COVERED ALONG WITH DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES.
