Abstract
THIS INFORMATION CONCERNING POLICE OPINIONS OF WORK WAS DERIVED EMPIRICALLY, BY STUDYING RESPONSES TO A DETAILED QUESTIONNAIRE. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE WAS MEANT AS A PROBLEM-IDENTIFICATION STRATEGY FOR POLICE EXECUTIVES. THE INFORMATION IS VALUABLE SINCE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS RELATED TO THE OFFICERS' OPINIONS OF THEIR WORK.
