IN THEIR SYSTEMS-ORIENTED METHOD, THE AUTHORS BELIEVE THAT SUCCESS IS ACHIEVED WHEN ALL CONCERNED WORK TOGETHER, AND THROUGHOUT THE TEXT, THE AUTHORS EMPHASIZE DELINQUENCY PREVENTION WITH COOPERATIVE ENDEAVORS HIGHLIGHTING THE PRINCIPAL PROGRAMS DISCUSSED.
