Information and data are presented for the Indiana Prescription Drug Monitoring Program, which is named the Indiana Scheduled Prescription Electronic Collection and Tracking (INSPECT) program.
Abstract
It is administered by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. INSPECT's email address is provided, along with website addresses for general information, enrollment, and requests for information. Contact information is provided for the Executive Director and the Director of INSPECT. Data for 2017 cover the state population (6,659,629), DEA registered prescribers (30,129), and DEA registered dispensers (1,238). INSPECT available reports are listed. The sole INSPECT funding source for 2018 was the controlled substance registration fee. The 2018 employee numbers are reported for the following job categories: operational (2), technical (2), analytical (1), and "other" (0).
