Abstract
ALSO CONSIDERED ARE RELEASE FROM PREVENTIVE DETENTION, ALTERNATIVES TO DETENTION, THE POSSIBILITY OF DEFENDANT COMPENSATION FOR UNJUSTIFIED PREVENTIVE DETENTION, AND THE LEGAL AND PENOLOGICAL PROBLEMS INHERENT IN THE ACTUAL ADMINISTRATION OF PREVENTIVE DETENTION.
