THE TRAINING MUST PREPARE PERSONNEL TO OPERATE AND EVALUATE PROGRAMS NOT YET IN EXISTENCE, TO COLLABORATE WITH DIFFERENT STAFF CATEGORIES IN THE SAME PROGRAMS, AND TO APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE OF GENERAL FIELDS TO THE SPECIAL PROBLEMS OF OFFENDERS.
