Abstract
A COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC STUDY, WHICH WOULD INCLUDE PSYCHIATRIC, PSYCHOLOGICAL, AND PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS COUPLED WITH INSTITUTIONAL OBSERVATION AND EVALUATION OF SOCIAL BACKGROUND DATA, IS RECOMMENDED AS THE MOST PROMISING MEANS FOR DETECTING AND TREATING THE DANGEROUS OFFENDER.
