A DESCRIPTION OF THE VACU-SAMPLER, WHICH IS A PORTABLE METAL CONTAINER THAT PERMITS THE CAPTURE OF A DEFINITE VOLUME OF A PERSON'S DEEP LUNG AIR FOR SUBSEQUENT QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE ALCOHOL DETERMINATION.
Abstract
BY CONTROLLING THE VOLUME OF MOISTURE SATURATED BREATH TO THE TOTAL VOLUME OF THE VACU-SAMPLER CONTAINER AND DILUTING THE CAPTURED BREATH, MOISTURE CONDENSATION IN THE SAMPLE IS NOT POSSIBLE. THE VOLUME OF BREATH COLLECTED ALLOWS FOR REPEATED ANALYSIS FOR POSITIVE CHEMICAL IDENTIFICATION AND QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION.
