Abstract
IT IS SUGGESTED THAT MEASURES TO CONTROL ECONOMIC CRIME BE BUILT INTO THE PLANNING PROCESS AND THAT DETERRENT SENTENCES INVOLVING IMPRISONMENT, CONFISCATION OF PROPERTY, AND LICENSE FORFEITURE BE UTILIZED.
