THE AUTHOR DISCUSSES THE GAGNON V. SCARPELLI DECISION WHICH STATES THAT THIS RIGHT TO COUNSEL AT A REVOCATION PROCEEDING DOES EXIST, HOWEVER, IT SHOULD BE DECIDED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. HE ALSO COMMENTS ON OTHER SUPREME COURT DECISIONS IN THE AREA.
